Failed Signature Issue (Arrives as Attachment)

In the case that your HTML signature changes format to .PNG or arrives in web-based email boxes as an attachment, rather than a signature, do the following:

  • Create a new message
  • Delete any images from signatures that may have appeared
  • Go to “Insert” then select “Picture”
  • Browse to the signature logo you want, then click “insert”
  • Select “Format” from the tool bar
  • Select your image in the email and click “Compress Pictures”
  • Click on “Options…”
  • Then uncheck the box that read “Automatically perform basic compression on save”
  • Click “OK” two times
  • Then Publish the form
